About This Webinar
The conversation about AI and security has focused on the wrong thing. We have been asking whether attackers can use AI to move faster. That question is already answered: Gartner projects exploit time will accelerate by 50% by 2027 as attackers weaponize LLMs to automate discovery, payload generation, and lateral movement. The real question is what happens when human expertise is removed from the attack loop entirely.
Autonomous AI agents do not sleep, do not skip weekends, and do not require a senior engineer to chain an exploit. They enumerate your APIs continuously, probe for BOLA, IDOR, and injection flaws at scale, generate context-aware payloads that defeat signature-based defenses, and iterate. Meanwhile, 48% of AI-generated code contains exploitable vulnerabilities; expanding your attack surface faster than any scan cycle can close it. Your vulnerability backlog was designed for a world in which attackers also operated at human speed. That world no longer exists.
In this session, we will dissect the anatomy of an autonomous attack, from continuous API reconnaissance through LLM-driven exploit chain reasoning and lateral movement, to polymorphic payload delivery that bypasses legacy WAFs, and then examine why every major component of the traditional AppSec operating model fails against this threat. We will introduce a new model built not on finding vulnerabilities, but on continuously collapsing the set that are simultaneously reachable, breakable, and not yet fixed. Because time-to-exploit is measured in minutes, the only metric that matters is exploitable risk, not vulnerability count.

The attackers got an upgrade. Did you?
- A precise understanding of how autonomous AI attacks differ from AI-assisted attacks, and why that distinction changes the entire defense model
- The exploit gap mental model: a framework for measuring and communicating actual exploitable risk to any audience, from developer to board
- A technical walkthrough of the autonomous attack kill chain against modern API-driven architectures (including BOLA/IDOR, injection chaining, and LLM-generated payload mutation)
- Why traditional AppSec tools (SAST, DAST, CVSS-based prioritization) are architecturally mismatched to this threat, and what near-zero false positive detection actually require
- The Reachability → Breakability → Automated fix operating model: what each stage means, how it operationalizes, and where human judgment remains an irreplaceable resource
